Last Updated: June 20, 2025
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. Among these rights is the ability to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information to third parties.
What Does "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" Mean?
Under the CCPA, "sale" is broadly defined to include sharing personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This includes:
Sharing data with affiliate marketing partners
Providing information to advertising networks
Exchanging data for services or benefits
Any transfer of personal information for business purposes beyond direct service provision
Information We May Share
In connection with our mock interview services and affiliate partnerships, we may share:
Technical identifiers (IP addresses, device IDs)
Usage data and analytics
Professional information you provide
Interview performance metrics (anonymized)
Browsing behavior on our site
What Happens After You Opt Out?
Once you submit your opt-out request:
We will cease sharing your personal information with third parties for valuable consideration within 15 business days
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request
Your opt-out preference will be stored and honored for at least 12 months
You may still receive our direct services, but without data sharing to affiliates
You can change your preference at any time
Important Notes
Opting out does not affect our ability to:
Provide you with requested mock interview services

We do not discriminate against customers who exercise their CCPA rights
No account creation is required to submit an opt-out request
We may request information to verify your identity and California residency
Authorized Agent Requests
You may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide:
Written permission from you
Proof of identity for both you and the agent
Documentation of their authority to act on your behalf
