Cancellation policy (over 48 hours before session): Full refund.
Late cancellation (less than 48 hours before session): 50% refund.
No-shows: No refund.
No-show definition: Failure to appear within 10 minutes of scheduled session time without prior notice.
Standard Session: Full 60-minute all-in-one session.
