Booking Policies

  • 48-hour advance booking required.

  • Full payment secures your session.

  • Rescheduling (over 48 hours before session): Free

  • Rescheduling fee (less than 24 hours before session): $15.00

  • Cancellation policy (over 48 hours before session): Full refund.

  • Late cancellation (less than 48 hours before session): 50% refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

  • No-show definition: Failure to appear within 10 minutes of scheduled session time without prior notice.

  • Standard Session: Full 60-minute all-in-one session.
